Tag4d services are open only to individuals aged 18 and above. tag4d takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any underage individual found using the platform will have their account terminated immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with the applicable policy.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at tag4d. Owning multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
Members are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration. tag4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the details provided. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension.
Tag4d reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) for any account, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of current address, and any other documents deemed necessary by the tag4d compliance team.
Members are fully responsible for keeping their account login details secure, including their username and password. tag4d recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
Tag4d shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a member's failure to keep their account details confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the tag4d support team immediately.
A tag4d account belongs exclusively to the registered owner and may not be transferred, sold, rented, or shared with any other party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in permanent suspension.
Important Reminder: tag4d will never ask for your password, PIN or verification code via email, text message or phone call. If you receive any such request, it may be a fraud attempt — do not share the information and contact tag4d support immediately.

Tag4d reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, tag4d may require additional supporting documents before the withdrawal is processed.
All bonuses and promotions offered by tag4d are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:
The wagering or rollover requirement refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Example: A RM 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place cumulative bets totalling RM 1,000 using the bonus funds before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim new bonuses, hedging bets designed to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal risk, and player collusion to manipulate bonus conditions. Any detected abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
All sports bets confirmed and accepted by the tag4d system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member. Any changes to match results as determined by the relevant sports governing body will be applied when settling bets on tag4d.
Where a match is postponed or cancelled, tag4d reserves the right to void all bets related to that match and refund the staked amount to the member's account. This decision is final.
In the event of a technical disruption, internet connectivity failure, or system error during a gaming session — including live casino games and Sports Betting — tag4d reserves the right to void or revise the outcome of the affected game based on valid system records. The final decision of tag4d's technical review team is binding.
Tag4d reserves the right to refuse, void, or review any bet suspected of involving insider information, market manipulation, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of fair play. In such cases, the stake will be refunded or forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tag4d platform and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances:
Tag4d cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving illegal activity. Account information and transaction records will be disclosed to authorities upon lawful request.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all valid balances before the amendment takes effect.
